Terms of Use

Last updated: November 6, 2026. By using the Game Builder AI app or game-builder.app (“the Service”), operated by Hashcode Software, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

The Service

Game Builder AI creates small browser games from your text requests using artificial intelligence. Results can differ from what you asked for and may contain mistakes. The Service is provided “as is”.

Subscriptions

Your first game is free. Game Builder AI PRO is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited new games and changes.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial ends.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Your content

You keep the rights to the ideas you type. You are responsible for your requests and for the games you share. Do not request or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent toward real people, or that infringes someone else’s rights (for example copyrighted characters or brands).

Fair use

To keep the Service fast for everyone, we may limit the number of requests per day and block abusive use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hashcode Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
