Last updated: November 6, 2026. This policy explains what the Game Builder AI app and the website game-builder.app (“we”, “the Service”), operated by Hashcode Software, collect and why.
You can use Game Builder AI without signing up. The app creates a random anonymous identifier on your device so your games stay linked to your device. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number.
To build your game, the text of your request is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. Please do not include personal information in your game requests.
Each game has a link. Anyone with the link can play that game. Do not put private information into games you share.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
You can delete any game in the app; it is then removed from our server. Logs are kept for a limited time. To ask for deletion of all data linked to your device, contact us at the address below.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
